Shaniqua Smith is the founder and lead therapist of Therapy All Day, bringing five years of clinical experience across psychiatric hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and private practice. She earned advanced social work training at Spelman College and Clark Atlanta University’s Whitney M. Young School of Social Work and integrates evidence-based methods into sessions to meet practical needs.

She combines professional skill with warmth and energy, attending to the small details that matter to each person she works with. Shaniqua supports people facing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma and abuse, and major life transitions, helping them build coping tools, identify unhelpful patterns, and strengthen self-trust and confidence.
