She is a registered integrative Counsellor, Counselling Supervisor, Counselling Lecturer, Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher, and also works as a Media Consultant, Writer and Public Speaker advising on childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, race and identity, epigenetics and family trauma, and mental health and self-care.
