Jeremy "Jer" Case , LPC

Jeremy "Jer" Case (he/they) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with five years of clinical experience working primarily with adolescents and adults. Jer has supported people managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD and autism, trauma and abuse, sleep difficulties, stress, spiritual or religious concerns, and a wide range of life transitions. He has particular experience with LGBTQ+ and polyamorous communities and aims to create an affirming clinical space as both a member of those communities and a practitioner.

Jer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, both from Ottawa University. He holds LPC licensure in Missouri (MO LPC 2021018466) and Oklahoma (OK LPC 7262). LPC denotes Licensed Professional Counselor, a credential indicating training and state authorization to provide mental health therapy services. His clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based approaches, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. A Navy veteran and an Indigenous American who is a member of the Ottawa (Adawe) Tribe of Oklahoma, Jer draws on personal and cultural perspective when working with clients. He emphasizes understanding the social, environmental, and political contexts that shape people’s experiences and identifies as someone who believes in the value of racial, gender, and environmental justice.
